Hi, I'm Jamie. I'm the ceo and founder of august creative. i am a post production professional with over 19 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry.
I currently reside and work in Franklin, TN, just south of Nashville where I have a post production suite equipped with high-speed internet. I'm available for on-site work and can travel when needed depending on project requirements. I'm proficient in apple and windows operating systems along with software tools such as Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Apple Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, pro tools, BorisFX Continuum, and BorisFX Mocha Pro.
My experience encompasses all creative and technical aspects of post-production with extensive experience working in film, television, and digital media.
I have a strong foundation in music and audio engineering which i use in all of my editing projects focusing on rhythm and pacing within storytelling. This has made my work valuable to the film and television industry. I have had the privilege to work on many special projects which have challenged me and developed my talent. I have a passion for storytelling and using technology to enhance the viewer's experience. In addition to editing, I specialize in workflow, audio, color, and visual effects, and will always provide creative solutions to any project i am apart of.
